I want to file a complaint about a reckless driver who nearly hit me and another vehicle twice. The driver was completely irresponsible, speeding and weaving between lanes without any regard for our safety. After the near-collisions, he started shouting a bunch of obscenities and acted in the most disgusting way possible. His behavior behind the wheel was not only dangerous but also incredibly disrespectful. This kind of attitude has no place on the road, and I hope something is done to prevent future incidents.

Their delivery people have now illegally entered my apartment twice, once pretending to give free cookies. Absolutely unacceptable. Their customer service takes no responsibility.

Fresh Direct has stopped delivering cases of water and sodas. Why?
I enjoy the fresh produce, delicious prepared foods but feel disappointed when my orders of bottled water are eliminated. If the delivery people do not want to deliver them, find another method of delivery.

I really love place order at Fresh Direct. They improve tremendously. I order a blueberry pie recently, it was natural and delicious. The quality of their products are amazing. Their delivery employees are polite and on time. Keep up the good work!

Fresh Direct has delicious prepared food, and that's what, as a "senior" Senior, I now relish. No more cooking for me! The other items they have are clean and fresh and never "about to expire", like I've often seen in my local supermarket.
The Fresh Direct delivery staff is helpful, timely and polite, and Customer Service listens to complaints, and addresses them, immediately! At this point, it's a necessity for me! But, come to think of it, Fresh Direct products and service is a necessity for any busy person, outside working people, stay-at-home busy parents, or the elderly, like me!

I started using Fresh Direct in 2020 when the pandemic hit. It was terrific and as the world began to bounce back, I decided to stay with FD. I appreciate them delivering heavy items like a case of Perrier. There were also products I have come to rely on that I haven't found elsewhere. Unfortunately, I imagine due to supply chain issues, several items I rely on now have become unavailable. Its frustrating because they aren't things I want a substitute for such as freshpet dog food in 1lb size. My dog is small, this food is perishable and can't be frozen and defrosted. FD has excellent customer service. If something is missing from or damaged in my order there's never a problem getting a credit. The delivery people are great. No issues with anyone in 3 years. I don't always love the produce. I tend to shop at my local farmer's market for produce.

FreshDirect has a new ad that says "For the city that never schleps" - which is absolutely true! FreshDirect makes my life easier. For the most part, their products are fresh, and usually their service is reliable. I give them 4 stars however because there have been a few things lately - wrong frozen items placed in my bag, delivery 40 minutes late and no notice from FD. But despite those few errors, I absolutely love FreshDirect and I do not know what I would do without them!
