I needed a skateboard tool. They had three brands and reasonably priced. The store employee was pleasant, greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. He showed interest in who I am at check out. He made for a quick and delighting trip to the store.

Pretty good selection of shoes, but due to the fact that none of the employees seemed interested enough to help, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It's funny, with two employees working, and us being the only two customers in the store, you'd think one of them would be able to help. But one was too busy trying to land a trick on his skateboard (in the store... really?) and the other was too busy texting. When we approached one of them asking if they had a shoe in my size, he acted extremely annoyed that I had the nerve to ask such a question. This store could be great if they hired employees that actually know what customer service is.

Got dragged in because the girlfriend had to show me a jacket (to buy her). Massive sales going on. I didn't even want anything but ended up with two hoodies, two sock hats, and two pair of boarding gloves for $125 out the door. The guys working there were nice and helpful and offered some local advice that was appreciated. Good job, Zumiez.

Employees don’t care worst Customer service ever
Apparently they open at 11 showed up at 11:30
No one is there but all the lights are one .
They never answer there phone
And just leave customers hanging
They need to be more resposible

I was getting ready to go bomb down Loveland Pass when I realized I didn't have any speed cream for my bearings on my longboard. They had exactly what I needed at a very decent price. The guy work in the shop with pretty cool and gave me a thrasher sticker. I may be 54 years old but yes I'm still skateboarding
