I bought my bike here in May 2024 - the service was excellent then, and still terrific now. I worked with the staff to customize the handlebar at the time of the purchase and now it was time for a checkup. It was thorough, detail-oriented and fast! Evan was super helpful and knowledgeable. My 12 year old bike needed so much work I decided to just buy a new one. Evan helped identify the right fit, and moved all my accessories to my new bike no charge, also trimming the handlebars for me. Very happy with the service.

The Trek bicycles are of course, outstanding. We did all our research, read the reviews and loved them. But what really changed the game was Evan’s service. We came in looking for bikes that were probably too much engineering for our needs, more performance than utility, and Evan sussed that out, asked us a ton of questions and found us the perfect bikes that completely fit our riding skills and preferences. When we went in to get fitted we had more time to hang out and saw the level of service that every customer was getting. Really everyone in the shop was exceptional! We couldn’t be happier.
