I recently had the pleasure of working with Gabe and Val at T-Mobile, and I have to say, they absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the moment I walked in, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible.

Gabe was super knowledgeable and patient, answering every single one of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made the whole process seamless and even threw in a few tips to get the most out of my new phone plan. His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch.

Val, on the other hand, brought the energy and customer service skills that you just don’t see every day. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel like a valued customer, and handled all the logistics with ease. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made my visit enjoyable.

The customer service that I received at this location was top tier. I was frustrated already when I came in because I had dealt with customer care over the phone several times, and was sent to another store, which didn't have the phone, I was upgraded to. The gentleman who approached me was compassionate and understanding.I can't remember his name but he had beautiful eyes and a calming voice. I think he was the manager. The wait was not long,and he took the time to explain to the associate(Madison),where I didn't have to keep repeating myself. She was phenomenal, she found my phone, recommended ways to save money and also help me get my data off my old phone to the new, including,Internet which I didn't know they had. It is rare that you have persons in a job like this with so much patient's.These two are personable and knowledgeable at their jobs. I walked out a very happy camper from this experience. Great customer service!!
