This store is absolutely fantastic. Sure, it may be a bit more expensive than a big chain store, but I don't care. The butcher and deli counter are worth the visit. I've always found the service here great. The hot and cold carryout food is always delicious. I stop in here at least once a week and always love it.

It is true that the store is more expensive than the mega stores. But the quality of produce and meats are better. But I do not know if I am alone in this but I feel the employees that service the customers has declined. They are not attentive nor do I feel as if they care that you are there. It seems as if I am a bother to be there. I recently went in to buy milk and some steaks to have for dinner. I thought the clerk put the steaks in with the egg nog I bought. When I got home they were not there. I went back to the store to see if they were left in the carousel. The clerk said, " i guess a customer must have took them." She said with a smile. I thought I checked the carousel when I bought my items but I thought also that the clerk would check too to see if the customer had taken thier items. I don't want to say this is an age thing but when I was 15, I worked at a resort as a bus boy and my manager at the time said, "if you do your job well, no matter what it is, you will never be out of work." I took that as sound advice which I carried throughout my career. I wish I could I impart that upon people. I didn't care for the smile nor of the lack of caring. The steaks were expensive and it is a treat to stop in and get them for my wife and I to have for dinner. I guess I am going to have to turn to be more vocal and rude to get attention.

Used to love this place. Went to but some hunter sausages today almost had a heart attack when I had 4 pieces at 14.99. Had to hand them back. I simply cannot afford this price hike. I don't think I can shop here anymore, its just not in my budget.

We have been going to THE MARKET almost since day one. They keep their store very clean and well stocked with produce and groceries, ect... Their meat and deli section is excellent and they even have catering!! It's amazing how their store has pretty much progressed into a ONE STOP kind of place.. My wife and I have always felt like part of the family because of the kind, caring and professional treatment we get every time we shop there. If you haven't been there, check them out for some of their latest sales and services.

So I spent almost $30.00 on two salads from this store and had to throw them both out all the lettuce was all chopped up, browned up withered and was already bad. I’ll never even shop in that store ever again. Date of purchase 06/02/2024 Of I could post pictures of these salads I would have. NEVER AGAIN!

I never do this but, I had an irritating experience today at a place I love and have to share. I called in an early Father’s Day order for a noon pick up of their delicious beef brisket and pulled pork. Online the price stated $10.99 a pound for the brisket. So I get there and the board says $16.99 a pound- ok noted. As I was cashing out at the register I kindly expressed the price discrepancy purely as a gesture, not a dispute of what I was to pay. Andy I believe his name was, got a whole attitude about it and said he didn’t have time to change the website today (they were very busy as it was Father’s Day) and some other rude comments. I simply explained I was not expecting him to and was just trying to be kind. He then stated it hadn’t been that price in months, which makes it worse, bro. So slow your roll when you have a sec and update your online prices. And maybe try and not be a d!ck to nice paying customers.
