Today is Jan 1st. I was just in the store. Walked out angry because of the condescending tone of the young man. I asked him some questions about leather gloves. Was extremely rude with his answers. I was ready to buy 4 pairs but decided not to because of him. He either assumed I couldn’t afford the gloves or was just too tired to answer my questions. He told me to go do my research. Buddy, be a salesman and YOU do the research on what you’re selling. I feel bad for the owners as they might be losing a lot of business because of this guy. There are plenty of others stores in town that would love your business. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

Update to your response, owner:LOL… are you serious? I had my two daughters with me that know for a fact there was no interruption whatsoever. You are delusional. It was me and the most disrespectful kid behind the desk having the glove conversation. I politely waited til he was done with a customer to ask questions. Screw you. Hope your store doesn’t go under. But if it does, you know you’re just unwilling to see the reason why and that is your customer service. Good luck.

FYI the store was pretty empty. No line. Quit your lies and be a professional business owner. From what I’ve read on your other responses, you’re an immature person that doesn’t like the truth.

P.S. you wish there would’ve been a line of customers but there wasn’t. I’d say there was 5 people in the store. And they weren’t in line to pay like you stated of my interruption. I’m sure you have cameras. Go back and look at the footage from 3-4. I’m the one in the hot pink coat looking at gloves right in front of the check out desk. You’ll see there’s no line and your employee sitting down, on his phone. No line AT ALL.

Nice little market! The store employee was very helpful and nice! I got everything I wanted, but it seemed a lot of the items were over priced. Still check it out, because they have a big selection in such a small place.

Worst experience we ever had in terms of costumer service. The employee on duty was shouting and screaming at us to see my ID when I was doing nothing wrong. I know the Colorado law but still as I was not buying the alcohol there is no need to shout at me while my father was in front of her ready to pay, she could have just asked me like a normal human being. She didn’t ask for any other IDs even though she kept shouting at me that she needed the IDs from everyone on the party when I asked why she was so outraged. After showing my ID (I’m 28!) she still refused to sell us the two bottles of wine, instead she continued to shout and scream at us and insulted us in the worst way. We strongly recommend the owner to no longer employ here as she was obviously completely out of her mind. Btw she was on her phone literally all the time before and didn‘t take notice of us standing right in front of her for like two minutes.

This liquor store is amazing! There are TONS of options (lots of gluten free options too). Today’s visit we purchased some seltzers and found some great new brands to try. I will definitely be returning!

The new lady is rude .

Used to love this place and supporting local .. don’t really want to come back anymore .

She was condescending and tried to apologize for a five dollar minimum… that wasn’t my issue with her , it’s the way that she did not handle her dog, and it was sniffing me and following me around the store, and I almost tripped on it multiple times , her rudely shouting at me about my backpack, and then her incessantly not being able to let me leave without trying to figure out what I did not like about her interaction.

I don’t mind leaving my backpack downstairs, I don’t mind a five dollar minimum, but I don’t like her attitude, we’re how she spoke to me, and how she doesn’t know how to control her dog that’s in the store

Woman at the register never got off of her cellphone, never asked if I needed help. Barely acknowledged me when I came to the register and, as far as I know, is probably still on her phone ignoring everyone else who comes in.
