Probably some of the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced.
Prompt, timely, super friendly and easy to work with.
Live Lobster delivery is dependable.
I’ve ordered live lobsters many times from TFLC and they’ve always arrived in good condition and all lobsters alive and moving!
I live in the middle of Kansas so it’s really special to receive live, moving lobsters at your door!

Shipping cost was a bit high but that’s to be expected for priority overnight and to cover associated packaging costs, considering it was packed very well with multiple ice packs in a small styrofoam cooler inside a sturdy box. The uni is high quality with a hint of ocean freshness. Will order again next season from The Fresh Lobster Co.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone absolutely disgusting product. I ordered soft shell crabs and got the smallest crabs I've ever seen half of the dozen I ordered had only one claw half the legs were missing. WHAT A DISGRACE TO THE SEAFOOD INDUSTRY. I PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR THERE TOP BRASS TO GET RICH. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. IM CALLING CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE BBB.

It was for our 25th wedding anniversary.

Ordered a sampler that I put together for my sister's birthday. Ordered on Thursday, shipped on Friday, arrived today.

Super amazing and fresh. She said the two pounds of lobster meat are amazing and brimming with the choice pieces of meat.

Plus an amazing huge hunk of ahi!

Overall, could not be more pleased!

Now, I'm thinking it's time to order for me...

I ordered lobster dinner and a couple of accessories for a friend who had never cooked lobster. The on line ordering process was easy! After ordering I realized that the delivery date needed to be changed... all it took was a phone call to The Fresh Lobster Company and the delivery date was changed. It too, was easy. I was advised I would get an email when the lobsters were shipped and I could track the delivery by FedEx. Sure enough, at approximately 6 PM the night before the scheduled delivery, the email arrived. In literally 21 hours, the order was shipped and arrived in Virginia! The recipient told me that the packaging was nice and even included confetti!! He was so impressed that he said it made a really nice gift! Thank you Fresh Lobster Company for an excellent experience and high quality products. I give you 5 stars!!!!!
