Excellent food truck specializing in BBQ. The owner is very friendly and knows what he's doing. You have to wait for the food sometimes, but it's absolutely worth it. I had some pretty alright pulled pork with excellent, tender ribs with a homemade sauce that had good proportions of ketchup and vinegar. The sides were great too, like the authentic potato salad and the well cooked onion rings. Overall, one of my food recommendations for the area.

I dont know how to review it.

I got the chicken dinner, with a side of Fried Okra and Potato Salad.
The okra was nice and bite sized, and the potato sald was small but flavorful.
The chicken was advertised as a chicken sandwich but it was a chicken wing and a chicken breast with bones in it on two pieces of untoasted white bread. I wouldnt call that a sandwich but they tasted good.

This food is soooo fye!!! My first time trying the food out and my tastebuds are very satisfied along with my tummy! I will be returning they have a forever customer in me! The food is hot and fresh and the customer service is outstanding! I purchased 10 shrimps 1 Krab Cake fries and hush puppies! Words can’t explain how delicious the food really is! #NoCap thank you SWAT team.

Oysters were burnt, crab cakes are frozen brand then fried, didn't taste like crabs. Fries and hush puppies were okay. I might try a Fish Platter next time. Gave three ☆ because the food was ready and hot, preordered, when I arrived. Plus the staff were kind. Thanks

Fresh, hot seasoned food. I ordered the fish and fried okra. The okra was slightly burnt, but still delicious. They offer, beef, pork, chicken, fish and shrimp.

The wait was about five minutes. They show you your food, so you can confirm the order is correct. They offer sodas, and dessert, I believe cake.

The food truck accepts cash and credit/debit cards, and I believe Apple pay, but not sure about that.

They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. I tried calling to place my order, but their phone isn't currently working, so you will need to drive over.

The prices are very inconsistent. I pay for the same thing every time: double rib tips. I come maybe 2 to three times a week and depending on the cashier, the price is different. Last Wednesday, I paid 13.96, today, I tried to order and the cashier told me it was 17.12. The cashier offered no solution and just stared at me advancing the card reader for payment. As a loyal customer, I feel disrespected.

I’m a trucker who was passing through town and decided to try this food truck for the first time. Mannnn I was extremely impressed! I ordered a rib dinner and those ribs were fall off the bone delicious. I didn’t even need bbq sauce. The customer service was wonderful, they give you family vibes. I can’t wait to visit again and try other things on the menu. I highly recommend this place!
