Rude employees to the max!!! I waited in line for 5 to 10 minuets and had no problem, until I got to the front of the register and they informed me that the register I was at didn't have the tap and pay feature. And they told me I had to go to the back of the line of another register and wait there to cash out mind you I have about six bottles of alcohol in my hand. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes to force me to go to the back of the line on the eve of Christmas Eve and wait because they didn't have any signage up saying that, specific registered wasn't working for tap and pay. Let alone the way they spoke to me. They were rude, how they spoke to me was unacceptable, and to be forced to the back of the line to wait for 10 minutes. I will be contacting their customer support in the morning un acceptable!

Very disappointed in my trip to specs I waited in a very long line to be checked out and when I go to pay using the tap method the cashier was like oh I don’t think my tap is working and I said well that’s my only method of payment and proceeds to say the only accepting the tap pay is the next register over and you’ll just have to go stand in line again and I said excuse me I’ve already waited in line. I shouldn’t have to wait in line again you could easily just move me to the next register so I could be checked out. I’m just like I’m not waiting in line again because that’s ridiculous. I’ve already waited in line. so she gets her manager Cameron and Cameron tells me oh yeah you’ll just have to wait in line again I’m sorry and I proceeded to tell her that I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years and that is absolutely terrible customer service to make me re-wait in line again especially when you didn’t have a sign up saying that the tap didn’t work at that register and when I told the manager Cameron that I wanted the number it’s corporate office because I will be calling to make a complaint. She just walks off and she goes and get someone else and he writes down the corporate number for me. This type of customer service is completely unacceptable and like I said, I will be calling in corporate office on the temple store location

AWESOME selections! If you can’t find what you need here all I can say is good luck to you. Wonderful customer service, I had all my questions answered. There was a tasting going on. Don’t forget to check out the Great variety in the large humidor. I saw brands I had never seen before. There is also barware and party games.
Reasonable prices.
