Visited this awesome boutique with my friend and we had a great time and found lots of super cute clothes. They also have a wonderful assortment of gifts, well priced jewelry, and kids clothes.

The store contained cute clothing. I tried on a shirt and loved it, but decided not to purchase the top. A couple of days later, I returned to purchase the top. I tried on a small and fully intended on purchasing a small because it fit. When I returned to the store today, one of the employees told me the store only had the top that was on the mannequin and it was a small. Without offering for me to try on the shirt or even asking, she then began to tell me she can check other stores to see if they have bigger sizes. I bought the top, but kind of regret it now. I don’t think she was trying to be intentionally rude, but it was rude never the less. From my experience, don’t go in unless you want to be judged and pre-determined a larger size.

Fantastic location right in downtown Breck. Went with my wife and a friend. The staff really enjoys working there and has lots of fun. That makes all the difference. Got lots of cool clothes with my wife.

Very chaotic, lacks clear communication, has very poor management. Most of the clothing is from China and from past seasons, but if you dig through the racks you might find a piece that isn’t polyester.

Loved my visit here. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help, even going so far as to call their store in another location to see if the dress I wanted was in stock. They set up my dressing room so I could keep browsing and not have to carry all of my items. There’s a difference between “aggressive assistance” and actual kind, helpful staff, and the folks at Ruby Jane are doing it right. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful store! However, I find the staff to be mildly racist. They’ll follow you around and don’t seem to want you to carry any items while shopping, insinuating they don’t trust you. Comically, you’ll be constantly asked if you want a fitting room started between the only two employees there, who both hear your repetitive answers. If you’re a tourist of color, don’t give them your business. I’m FROM here and even I felt unwanted. I’m sure it’s not them, but the training they receive. I recommend picking up everything from around the store and then telling them you don’t actually want any of it, just that they looked like they needed something to do. Aggressive assistance is so gross.

Ruby Jane Boutique was beautifully designed and easy to browse through. Everyone was so helpful and nice. My girls loved the ceramic bowls that I bought for their new apartment! Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!
