I don't often pick up groceries but when I do, this is my first choice. Extra clean - who wants to buy food in a dirty grocery store?

The layout is easy to figure out. The prices and selection are good. The best part is the staff. They have been very friendly. I especially like how they seem to sense when help is needed and step in but acknowledge when you think you're okay.

I came for the Peppermint Stick ice cream, which should be available beyond Holiday season - but regrettably is not. I keep coming because they won me over.

This Publix truly exemplifies the corporate motto "Where Shopping is a Pleasure". Every time I come here, there is always a friendly employee to greet me at the register. The employees all seem very helpful and want to be there. I appreciate how clean the store is and how neatly stocked the shelves are. I always find everything I need. Truly a benchmark of how other grocery stores should run.

Love this new Publix. For one, it's much closer to my house. They have a great selection of beautiful flowers & they are pretty cheap too. The store itself is kept very clean & organized. Also they pharmacy inside Publix is super quick at filling prescriptions & the staff is just lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PUBLIX.

This store is always well stocked and clean. I have never passed a member of the staff that hasn't greeted me and asked if they could assist me. I know that the prices can be a bit higher, but for the atmosphere and pleasant employees, I don't mind paying a little more.

I ordered a cake 6 layers, they even took the picture and I was specific about what I wanted. When I picked up the cake was a simple cake w/o the 6 layers tall, it was supposed to be ivory and it has like two tones of the color (no balance). The lady told me she can remade it but with an attitude and I didn’t have time to just wait because it was for an event. They should have better communication, the order even has the price for the 6 layered cake. Very disappointed with the quality and attitude of the bakery lady.

the best market around, the entire staff are friendly and helpful. the management is doing a super job. this location is the only one I go to shop. the employees make all the difference. well done!!!!

I absolutely love this Publix. I had a bad experience at Miller Street and the West Edge Publix provided THE best customer service. The cashiers are always so nice and friendly, the managers are always willing and able to help. The store is meticulously kept clean. One gentleman in the produce department was so friendly and you can tell he loves his job by how he greeted you and let you know he was there for any of your needs. Also they have DELICIOUS ramen. I always get it with one employee and he delivers every time! There’s even an area upstairs where you can eat it. I cannot say enough good things about West Edge Publix. If you’re looking for a go to store, this is the one!!

As a realtor, I host a lot of open houses. I love using the catering department at Publix West Edge for my catered events! I order online, choose my date and time for pick up, and voila! It’s ready as promised. Quick! Efficient! Affordable! I couldn’t ask for a better combination! Thank you!
