Excelente. Nos encantó este restaurante con una decoración implacable, muy buena atención y exquisitos platos. Pedimos ahí tuna y Florida grouper. Uno más rico que otro. Los tragos riquísimos, súper originales. Probamos el pineapple picante y el berries and bubbles. La canasta de pan incluía pretzels. Tiene valet parking. Recomendable 100%.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Ocean Prime in Sarasota on their second official night and were impressed with the attentiveness of the team. Several of the waitstaff wished us a happy anniversary and we were even greeted with champagne at the hostess stand upon arrival. Our waiter Tyler described the options so beautifully and took such great care of us. The meal was absolutely delicious. After our meal we took a quick stroll upstairs and out onto the outdoor dining areas. The decor, design and layout are very well done. Thank you Tyler and Aaron for a fantastic evening (and the crumber 😉).

Sorry that I forgot to get pictures of the calamary, it was great . I will have to say it was a wonderful experience. The steak was cooked two perfection, and the mashed potato was creamy and really tasty is one of the few places that I actually enjoy the mushrooms. I really recommend it.

Brand New, High End Steak and Seafood House, fun fancy cocktails. There are two bar areas, go to the upstairs one for a more fun atmosphere. Strongly advise making a Reservation and definitely order the Bubble Berry Martini, YUM!

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Ocean Prime. Austin was an amazing server and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend the Bubbles and Berries drink (photo). Also the Florida Grouper and the Truffle Mac and Cheese were delicious. We will definitely come back when we are in town again.

Writing this review has me more torn than a well-cooked short rib. The meal deserved recognition, but a few elements left me wondering what could’ve been.

We started with the scallop and short rib appetizer-a surf & turf duo with potential. The scallop, while perfectly seared, was just a pinch shy of the salt it needed to sing. Then came my entrée: the grouper dinner. The fish? Incredibly fresh. The gnocchi? Let’s just say less would’ve been more. Either that or the gnocchi needed to downsize to bite-sized pillows.

Now, let me pause here to share a public service announcement: if you even like lobster mac and cheese, order the $45 side. I consider myself a lobster mac connoisseur.., yes, it’s a self-appointed title, but a well-earned one and this dish was worth every decadent, buttery, cheesy bite. Trust me, your arteries might not thank you, but your soul will.

The cocktails were equally impressive, though the dry ice option fizzled out a bit for me. I expected a show-stopper, but the flavors fell flat. My partner had the sea bass and practically licked the plate clean, which I’ll take as a glowing endorsement.

Looking back, I left full, happy, and without dessert. Maybe that’s where the confusion lies. Ending a meal without a sweet finale just feels unfinished. Or maybe I’m just being dramatic. Either way, it’s a spot I’d return to…especially for that mac and cheese.

The quality of the food and service will take your breath away.. it was that exceptional.

We were given complimentary bread that was so soft and, of course, homemade with whipped butter. We ordered the filet mignon Oscar Style (comes with béarnaise sauce and crab) the scallops, and the Chilean sea bass. For sides, we ordered the Mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, and chophouse corn. We ended the night with the warm butter cake. Nothing disappointed.

Service was also exceptional. Our waiter knew EVERYTHING about the menu and took his time explaining his favorite items. We spent 2.5 hours there and never felt rushed to leave. Everyone around us had similar time spent there. You will definitely need to make a reservation! We came opening weekend and got a reservation at 6pm on Sunday night. Valet is $10.

Everything was 10/10. Not a single complaint. I would reorder the same items again, that’s how amazing everything was. We will definitely be back soon!

Our accommodations were met precisely and we arrived early to enjoy the gorgeous new bar. We were able to sit for our reservation early if we wanted to. They provided truffle popcorn at the bar and the local bakery supplies the tastiest bread to start. Our steaks were cooked according to our preferences and the sides were amazing as well. We had the truffle mac and grilled broccoli. The lobster add on to the steak was soo good and Shianne was a lovely server!
