I went there for an internet device. The man asked me for my phone to see if i had any promotions. He said i had 1 month free promotion. Then he said i didn’t have it, and charged me $45. I got home and called them to see why. Turns out he used my phone to block customer care so I wouldn’t get any messages from them, meanwhile charging me $45 fraudulently.

worst customer service ever! I was sitting out front in their 30-minute parking which I saw the sign for so time to myself as soon as I pulled into it sitting out front with my wife in the car deciding what we were going to do came with the intent of buying two brand new Galaxy S10 plus phones was approached by another female employee as she locked the front door and asked me if that was my vehicle mind you the vehicle was running and my wife was sitting in the front seat so with it being the only other vehicle out there obviously dummy that was my car said that the manager called and told her to call a tow truck because we had been there longer than 30 minutes when we had been there for 22 minutes so we left and when I called and ask for the manager she very rudely stated that she was the manager and asked how she could help me and proceeded to tell me that the camera itself clocked us being out there for longer than 30 minutes I told her thank you very much I will take my thousand plus dollars somewhere else so Metro good hire because she just lost you more than $1,000 I think I will be taking my money to Verizon now that's all have a good night

Today July 6, 2016, 11:45 A.m. I went in to switch my service. The female service rep. was very rude and condescending. I realize that we all have bad days. First she didn't even acknowledge our presence. Then when I tried to ask her questions she put her hand up as to say be quiet I'm reading you something. When I stepped to the side so she could assist another customer, she was far more harsh with him & his wife. The gentleman came to be seated and said she is rude. My thoughts exactly!!! So I politely left the store with my potentially 150$ sale. Thanks MetroPCS but no thanks! She needs a lesson in creating raving fans.?

DONT GO HERE. They’ll most likely overcharge you for a phone. And are currently being sued. Don’t waste your money or time.
