They gave me a quote for foundation work (epoxy injecting cracks) the same day I called and started work immediately. When my husband and I discovered that water was leaking into our basement, we consulted with two other major waterproofing companies in the Northern VA area but ultimately chose MER to deal with the problem due to Mike's years of experience, his honesty and fair pricing. I called to schedule M.E.R. to come out to look at urgent issue that was discovered at our home. When I called they had to have the "scheduler" call me back. A representative called me two days later saying he could come out. I told him that I had already met with and booked a company for the job. Instead of taking the high road and just saying, "oh well. I am sorry we couldn't get to you in time", he offered to quote over the phone by asking me for the scope of work (like I am qualified to do that). Then he asked who we booked and I told him, to which he immediately started bad mouthing that competitor. Incredibly unprofessional. I could use names, but I will take the high road and not do that. Just suffice to say, I would not use this company if I am in the unfortunate event again of being in need of a foundation expert.

I cannot thank this great group of professionals enough. They have worked tireless but most importantly INTELLIGENTLY to diagnosis an issue with our home that the original builder caused. Other vendors told us that we needed to spend unnecessary sums of money to fix the issue when in reality it just took diligence and thoughtful analysis to figure out it.
