Update May'24: This remains to be our absolute favorite seafood market!!

Bonus points for paying attention to our special request and calling us in, when fresh catch of our favorite fish (King mackerel) became available!! Did not mind the one plus hour drive post a work day just to get our hands on the fresh catch!!

This is a wonderful seafood market. Fresh fish, great variety and they clean the fish for us per our requirements.

We drive over an hour to buy our fish from Don's dock. The freshness of the fish and the service provided by the staff here makes the drive worth it! We do call ahead to find out the catch of the day and they are always honest, pleasant and answer all questions with no rush.

I love birds, Pelicans especially! So its a bonus to watch these birds interact with the staff while they clean the fish.

Superb customer service!! We were on an extended boating trip and an anchor with chain wrapped around one of our props (lots of debris in this area due to two recent hurricanes). The shopkeeper let us dock most of the day while we waited for a diver to remove the anchor and check for damage to the prop and boat. We were so appreciative because they could have turned us away like the marina did. We ended up buying some conch fritters from them, which were delicious. Thank you again to the people at the Market!

This is my first time at Don’s Dock Seafood Market and must say I’m quite impressed with the cleanliness of the market and the freshness of fish which of course is fresh caught daily. The staff is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. This is my new fish market as I will definitely be back.

What a great experience! The staff were very accommodating to warming the stone crab slightly (yes I know they’re supposed to be eaten cold). We enjoyed pounding those little buggers and eating them in the back by the docks. Such a great gem we stumbled upon.

Have been going here for years but this time was the last straw. Ever since the change in ownership to Hubbards, the quality and selection have plummeted. We only had a choice between red grouper or mangrove snapper (which seems to be the normal limited selection these days). The fish we received had 5-6 worms in each filet. It was disgusting. We called thinking they’d want to make it right. But instead the guy who answered the phone was rude. He said parasites were common in their fish, especially the red grouper and there were no refunds under any circumstance. He said we could take it up with ownership so we offered okay please transfer us and he hung up.

Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable and the seafood looked great and tasted even better. Best part was watching them cut it up and feed to birds.

Absolutely love it! Fantastic fresh fish and very down to earth and helpful staff. If you don't know what your doing, do not be intimidated! They will help you pick what you want, how much to get, and even give you helpful tips on grilling. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Awesome.

Those guys are just the best. I drive an hour just to get my fresh fish from them. Everyone I send there loves how nice they are!!
