The remodeling is complete and absolutely ? top! Way beyond my expectations. I've dumped my previous PC for this one. Who needs the prices of Whole Foods when you have this newly redone PC which is just as good. They have So much to offer and great selection. Service so far has been great. I am disappointed in Corporate for Not giving employees discounts (long story ? ?, found out by accident in a convo w/employee). Yo Price Chopper Corporate give your employees a discount! As a customer you won't be disappointed with this store. I love their set up, displays, variety in selections, stock availability and their fresh ready to eat options ? ?

Update 8/22/22: This store is now store 32 and I have to say what a transformation. I now changed this from a 3 star to a 5 star, based on what I've seen the past several months. The store is now super clean, fantastic and healthy selection of products, fresh veges and a big change in employee attitudes. Keep up the good work guys.

Update: I've seen a change in the store. The express line people seem to more helpful and friendlier, so I changed this from a 1 star to 3 stars. I hope it keeps up.

I find the store to be convenient, and the selection is good, but someone should have a talk with the people that work on the self-service registers during the dinner hours, they have no customer service skills at all, and unfortunately, they don't know it.

I stopped in to pick up one onion and one red pepper didn't realize it was going to be such a project went to the self checkout tried to weigh the items but the scale was frozen
I was trying to get the attention of the attendant, but her focus was having a lengthy conversation with another coworker
After three attempts of trying to weigh my pepper I moved to the next lane for a live cashier again there was just no regards for me and my purchase once my credit card was approved she continued to also talk to another employee while I waited for my receipt. How about just giving my receipt so I can move on I spent 15 minutes to buy one onion and one pepper ridiculous

my wife went there just today to get baby formula and had an Enfamil Manufacturer Coupon (enfamil sends these out all the time.) for $15. The girl at the register wasn't sure how to do it so then a completely rude and surely woman came over to assist. she asked my wife is she had an ID for the coupon because it said Enfamil, and my wife said no, my name isn't enfamil, these are coupons they send out. The woman proceeded to say nothing, fiddle with the computer, then walk away saying nothing.

This is pretty much the demeanor of most (not all) the management staff there. Good job dopes.

Very clean store, great staff, and great prices. I love the juice selection they have, and the bread is good quality. They had some good sales going on when we went in.

Edit It's 2024. Nothing has changed. "Owner Answered" nah, thats just someone from India writing a canned response. Meat is closed at 5 forcing the seafood closer to run both dept. Bakery is closed Whenever Mellisa the 50yr closer is too busy sucking some teenager off in the back. This place is garbage.

The meat and bakery departments are always empty after 6, even though the signs say they close at 8. I've had to have people from the deli department help me at the bakery and the people from seafood help at the meat counter. That's ridiculous! Where are half your employees?!

Update: still corporate friendly only scum! Stop forcing these tiny thin little green stamp bags that don't hold anything, all because your cashiers can't make a good judgment on what to put in them. Once again your cashier told me they are forced to use them and yet they can't even put proper items in them. Time to make this supermarket go viral in media since it does not care about the customer, I have had enough and will also let everyone in your store at that time knows as well! Will be making a point to never step in one again and making sure my network of peers never do again either. Despicable companies!!!!! This is my bread, thanks corporate slum! Will be going to a different grocery chain from here on out. Stop using mistakes as a deliberate tactic to drain pockets!
