I got my nails done on Saturday I chose to come here because I was in the area running errands so I decided to get my nails done. To keep it short and straight to the point. The lady was rude, she was hurting me while doing my nails and honestly I just wanted this to be done so I can leave already because the experience haven’t been the best. The next day I feel my left feet with a sing and my right hand a sting come to find out the lady was taking too much skin around my nails. It’s hurting still as we speak. If I get a form of infection I will report this to the DBPR. Never again!

The person who seems to be the owner seems nice but the lady that did my pedicure was rude. She was hurting me with the drill made a face when I told her it was burning . She did not clean my cuticles correctly. It looks like my pinky has a whole extra nail…. She kept hassling me for the color I was going to get and seemed impatient while I was looking through the colors. I don’t get why my feet hadnt touched the water yet, so I just picked whatever color to get her off me. Polish is very bulky and uneven, corners are not clean. Under my feet felt rough (came in with soft feet) she said cause I didn’t want her to use the grater on me, I let her know I never use it and my feet stays nice and smooth. She did come back and file it when I asked her to. The pamphlet says “hot oil” for the pedi and she stated that they can’t warm oil. They should update that. My friend got a glass of wine and it taste like it’s been in the fridge uncapped, a different type of aged ?.. tipped only because I know it’s the right thing to do since she took time out of her day but very unhappy, and unsatisfied, and had my spa day ruined. Don’t go here if you care about the care of your natural nails.. stopped by to get my acrylics soaked off.. the guy never soaked my nails off and started ripping the acrylic off with a nail tip… completely destroyed my natural nails. My thumb nail was bleeding pretty bad. I asked him if he could soak the other hand because i didnt want both hands ruined & he seemed to be bother by it. My wedding is NEXT weekend and now I dont know if i could get my nails done as my the skin under that thumb nail is now exposed. I just honestly cant believe he left me walk out like this, i told the receptionist at the front about it, i know its not her fault but all i was offered was a discount. I dont understand why i paid to have damaged, bleeding, sore nails… pics were takin after i washed the blood off. As a first time customer I definitely wouldn’t be coming back. Also dont know the name of the guy so dont make an apt or walk in and accept just anyone to do a service….

Please do not go to this place if you are not willing to spend a lot they charge service fee when paying with a debit card and and extra 15 dollars on top of your pedicure if you choose gel. The issue is they are not clear about it. They do not say anything to you especially as a new comer. The nail tech was nice and did an ok job but if you want your money to be well spent not there.

I will never go back to La Mer Nails Every time I get charged a different price for the same service. Most recently I had my eyebrows waxed. They used to charge $10, then it went to $12, and now 2 days ago he charged me $14.42. I asked why it was $14 be said they increased the price in January. I've been there a few times after January and only charged $12. This is why I dislike nail spas that don't have their prices posted. I feel they make up prices depending on who you are.

They not only did a phenomenal job but they stayed an hour after their scheduled closing time to take care of us. Second time I've been here and have been thrilled with service and quality.
