I am big fan of Google review because I’m lazy at best. I don’t need to go to a different site and download yelp. So when I look up K&C and saw the most recent review was a yr ago, I wanted to do justice.

Truth to be told, I didn’t plan on hitting up K&C at all. Never been here. I woke up today aspired to grill some pork cheek (jowl). I have no idea how to grill anything but I aspired. Took me 30mins to get a good fire going on and my makeup was running down my cheeks from all the smoke. I smelled funny and sweat a storm . Coming inside, I found out my mum cooked all of my precious meat in the airfry. I wanted to jump off the building.

K&C saved my life! For $80 box plus $3 credit card fee (or $5 fee if above $100), I got 59 fresh oysters because one dead and one escaped from the shell. I will figure out if it’s safe for me to eat so much oysters but hey, I got a good fire. Thanks, K&C.

We came in the afternoon and brought 3 pounds of blue crab. The owner told us they are air delivered in the early morning and they are dead right after they arrived their shop. The owner said they are fresh. But when we got home to steam them. Terribly smell and definitely stinky. The crabs must be died for days. I throw all of them away. Just like throwing money away. But better not eating them. Or you will get poisoned. I don’t mind the waste of money. But the owner’s lying makes me sick.

If you are looking for live seafood, this place is phenomenal. I went right before New Years so I missed out on a few things that sell out quickly, like cherry stone clams and a more diverse selection of oysters, but I got some beautiful blue point oysters, a lobster and some delicious uni (sea urchin. The best thing to do is go in on a box or 2 of oysters with friends for a dinner. They have a pretty wide selection of crab, muscles, clams etc and I was getting excited just walking around and seeing what they had. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming this place for years. It is definitely gone down and quality. Four different occasions they’ve given me spoiled product. Just recently I opened up some scallops and the smell was putrid. I don’t say anything but the frequency that happens I just had enough.

Best place to get seafood and prepare it any way you want. It's very easy to miss this place. Got Kumamoto Oysters @ $80 for 5 dozens. Oysters were kept carefully and workers there were kind enough to give me a bag so the box wouldn't leak.

Nice selection and prices - box of 60 Kumamoto oysters for $80. A lot of the employees don't speak great English.l but the woman working in the front was helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

They were dishonest about the weight of the seafood. I bought a King Crab and the worker there said it was 6 pounds on average. When it was on the sclae it showed 8.05 pounds with a box and the women there said they would tare the weight of the box and counted it as 7 pounds. Guess what? I arrived home and found the box was near 2 pounds (I tared weight of the box's base)! That was $40 more revenue for them. Shame on them!
