Had everything I needed today the only thing I would like to see changed is for the associates that pull orders to have their carts pulled over close to the shelves not left in the middle of the aisles. So do & some don't. But this store is busy so shoppers need all the room they can get.

Awful experience with return! I came by a while ago needing to return some pads, they told me if I don’t have the credit card used on me, I can bring my ID and they will process the refund. I came today with my ID and now they won’t do it because “the amount exceeds $10”. And I said, what about just returning one item that is under $10? They were like no it’s not about the amount. So after giving me several excuses as to why they wouldn't process the refund and I overcame all the objections, they ended up just saying they wouldn’t refund me no matter what. I can bring all my cards at home over to try it there and “we’ll go from there” manager Kat said. I will call the bureau that is in charge of consumer protection and fight this there! So disappointed with H-E-B!
