This market is located next door to their restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and visited the market for some take home seafood including shrimps and fish. They do cook your shrimps for you with a very good seasoning that has a nice kick to it.

Of the two seafood market we went to this week in Destin, I definitely like this market better. It has better seasoning and the price point is also lighter in the pocket here. One downsize is no stone crabs here when we went here.

The staff here were nice and super friendly.

We went to Goatfeathers to celebrate my birthday with friends. The food was excellent. There were 6 of us and we were all pleased with our food. I had the salmon, which was cooked just right. They even brought me pie and sang for my birthday!

Picked up shrimp and supposedly grouper cheeks, that’s what I was charged for, and upon getting home and cleaning the fish it was obviously catfish. $15.00/lb on 30A. They don’t know what kind of fish they are selling when asked and changed their story a few times. Make the drive out to Shrimpers on 98 and save yourself some money and get good fish.

Update, took the fish to a local fisherman and he said it was spoiled trash fish. Health Department is headed there Monday.

Wow, can't believe I've not gotten around to highlighting this place as a must eat locale for any visit to the Destin,Santa Rosa, Waters or Grayton area 30A visit. Simply put wonderfully FRESH seafood and it makes a huge difference from the jumbo serving of shrimp to the melt in your mouth mahi mahi .The sweet tea is refreshing and the atmosphere nice whether indoors in the darker areas or against the glass wall watching the passers by. Service is top notch , Jessica is a favorite . The stuffed srooms are a nice appetizer. We really do stop in everytime we are down ,it's that good.

We come down here all the time, and I have to say this was probably the best meal we've ever had down here at the beach. We got the shrimp boil with potatoes and corn, and it was cooked perfectly. The shrimp are a really good size and were very tender and not overcooked. The vegetables were perfect and the seasoning was really good. I don't know exactly how they do it, but it was just delicious. We took it back to the unit and made 2 meals of it. The guys working were so pleasant and helpful! We will be going back again and again!

Just want to say we don’t do this unless the service, food, and atmosphere are truly 5 star. From the moment we walked in and went up stairs to the hostess stand our experience was beyond one of the best we have ever experienced. AJ was an outstanding waiter and we never had to wait for him to come check in on us. The food was beyond five star and was some of the freshest seafood we have had since being in town. The atmosphere was so amazing on top of this. The general manager Patrick even came by more than once to check on us, then he even sat down and had an amazing conversation with us and actually treated us like family and not another customer. He did this with all of the tables!! If you want the best, freshest seafood, and absolutely the most exceptional service well then we highly suggest you go visit Goatfeather’s!!!

Picked up some spoiled Amberjack yesterday, gross, locals should avoid, go to shrimpers, seems to have become a tourist trap over the years.

waited 40 minutes waiting for a table even though the waiting people in front of me already got a free table. Either they spelled my name or phone number wrong. I came up once to ask how long to wait, was the answer "wait". I'm sorry, but I'm not prepared to wait an hour. perhaps you have some kind of error, so I would not want to spoil your rating, but I would like to draw your attention to this problem. Thank you .
