All in all we ordered lobsters from this company three times. First time it was great. Second time out of 4 lobsters we cooked on a grill, 2 turned into mush, which usually happens when you freeze lobsters multiple times. Third time we ordered 4 more lobsters but bigger in size. When they arrived and we looked inside, they were not even frozen, but already melted. I guess it could be a coincidence that the first order was great. Their lobsters are not cheap, and we do not mind paying as long as we get quality lobsters. So far this company is more a miss than a hit. Very disappointing. If only the lobsters were as good as the pictures.

Get Maine Lobster has never failed us. We have been ordering from Mark for years. Our family enjoys seafood in Colorado and we always know we will get the best from Mark and the folks at Get Maine Lobster. We order a wide range of product from Mark therefore I feel like we can give a very honest and reliable review. Our orders consist of many things through the year: lobsters, lobster tails, oysters, mussels, tuna, crab legs, scallops, and even his personal cheesecakes. Not once has an order been delayed nor has anything been missing. A pleasant note always greats us, product is ice cold, and live seafood is top notch. You have to be sure you can rely on your supplier when it comes to food shipments, especially seafood. You can rely on Mark! As with any live animal seafood orders, sometimes things don’t go as planned and Mark is always there to take care of it and make it right. Mark’s company has become a staple in our household and among our friends. Everyone wants in when we say we are ordering from Get Maine Lobster.

Pay attention to the negative reviews.
We splurged on 350.00bwoirth of lobster tails for the holidays. The tails arrived partially thawed. Unpon GML advice, we tried a few tails after refreezing them ( we did not plan on using them until New Year's.) The taste was diminished from what B we had from what we had previously from this company. Poor customer service. We requested half of our cost in refund. THEY AGREED TO REFUND 50.00. Way to expensive for chain store quality lobster tails. We will noit

my husband ordered lobster in plenty of time for it to be delivered for my birthday dinner, guaranteed delivery in time and it arrived three days late. when we contacted the company they were not helpful. poor customer service. we were not offered even a slight refund or compensation. we were given a credit for our next order. but i will not be ordering again.

Outstanding lobster! We just finished ours and although I haven't lived in Maine in almost 25yrs I thought I was back there. This is our second order from GML and it won't be our last. It made our wedding anniversary even more special. Thank you to everyone at GML... Planning on the lobster festival next August in Rockland. Cya there.

The lobsters were delivered when promised and were still frozen which was great. The taste and presentation were impeccable however I think one of the lobsters had issues during the processing as most of the top shell was crushed and half of it was soft and disnt really present well at the table. I did my best to salvage it and think I did all right. I don't know anything about lobsters and am thinking that one was kinda like other shell fish as they transition from hardshell to softshell....but overall me and my family were very happy. Thanks Get Maine Lobster.

I was visiting family in Florida and wanted to enjoy a nice sauteed Lobster dinner with them, and make lobster rolls the next day. Long family tradition we grew up in Maine with. Not living in Maine any more its hard to just buy lobster meat. My brother recommended to use "Get Maine Lobster". The produce was packed and shipped very well. Was not cheap but the lobster was great. Would buy again.

We get lobster from them a few times a year for special occasions. While we get plenty of great seafood here on the west coast, there's still no replacement for fresh east coast lobster. Its always a treat and has recently turned into a bit of a family affair. Our kids have started anticipating the arrivals and are always excited to unpack the delivery and get cooking. Can't go wrong.
