Fresco fishes reply should tell you all you need to know regarding this business. He simply cannot take a complaint. Look at other negative reviews, nasty terrible replies.
If you have any type of proof that there was fish in my fish sandwich please provide it? I stand by my statements, there was no fish in my sandwich, just bits clinging to breading. The fish is so thin it literally disintegrated when fried.
you are a poor excuse for a business & a businessman. Wishing someone chokes, really, wow. You a sad pathetic excuse for a human too!

12/6/24 online order & pickup. Zero stars
I ordered the fish sandwich & 1/2pound fried scallops. Scallops were no were near as fresh / sweet tasting as previously, very greasy.
My fish sandwich literally had zero fish inside of the breading, See pics. I called the store, franco requested i send pics, which i did. I was called a liar & told that I gutted the inside of fish!! That there was no way that came from his restaurant! Well it did and seriously why would I or anyone do this to a fish sandwich? I did nothing to tamper with this fishless sandwich!!!
I'm offended & quite upset at being accused of this.
franco agreed to credit my fish sandwich. Which he did. So thank you for that. fresco fishes quality which was once superior is non existent now.

Grubhub delivery
Scallops were sweet, fresh & delicious, but missing paid cocktail sauce. That was the good, remaining order was wrong, cold, missing paid items & just unsatisfactory. Fries were completely cold & hard! Fish sandwich was somewhat warm but missing included tartar sauce as well as a paid for extra tartar sauce & cocktail sauce. Delivery was prompt, but driver did not follow instructions to use side entrance only & hand food to me, I request this bc I am disabled. Luckily she came back after i texted her & she brought my order to me. Thankfully grubhub support was able to assist me to my satisfaction. Fresco you need to pay attention & make foods up fresh as ordered & not cram the whole order into a small paper bag! Shame on the this order from you! Major room for improvements.

Fresco Fish has a great fried haddock!! It’s my favorite seafood place! The owner literally drive to Boston and Maine to get the same high quality fish as Legal Seafood in Boston!! They have frozen and on ice salmon, shrimp, and many other types of fish and seafood!! I like to put some in the freezer and cook it myself. Excellent new restaurant with seating for more eat-in choices!! Love it!!

We did a pick up order and it was incorrect and cold. The fish fry was good but the pieces of fish were small. I don’t think it’s right you have to get a drink if you want a fish fry to go otherwise it’s ala cart. There are definitely more places in the area with full fish fry’s with the fish , fries and coleslaw. Maybe they will get better once they are open longer.

Fish tasted great, but for nearly 30 bucks for a big fry, I was hoping for more than 11 fries and maybe some slaw The fries also appeared to be the ridged, bulk frozen kind.

Addendum, yes “owner” I read the menu. I was merely, and quite diplomatically, hoping for MORE fries and maybe slaw (like your competitors). Didn’t you read my review I actually complimented the fish. All good, there’s plenty fry around town.

Absolutely awful experience. The lady at the counter was too busy flirting with an old man to help the line of 10 people. Then she was very rude to me and when I said I wanted a side of coleslaw she had to emphasize that it was $2.00 as if I was stupid. The lobster mac and cheese has barely any lobster in it and is super tiny. They also taxed each item and then charged tax. Will definitely not be going back.

$17 for a fish sandwich and French fries. The platter was loaded with a bunch of French fries. The fish was good but it was WAY TOO SMALL. The root beer that I ordered was FULL of ice and made it so that there was very little soda.
Not worth $17 AT ALL. But the food was flavorful.

Ordered the food at 6:10 and at 7 asked for a refund cause I had to leave and still no food. 10 minutes at the counter and the woman with a new born at the register trying to get the owner to get my refund and he just refuses and wasting more time so he can give me the food. And he even told me go to McDonalds and the girlfriend with the new born told my wife don’t come back then. Is that really acceptable ? After paying 50$ in his business and he is the most rude and ignorant person I ever seen run a business. And not shocked at all after giving me the food and found out my pasta was way under cooked. Many other local restaurants offer better food with much better service .
