This review is for their flowers only: just paid $25 for a bouquet of dead flowers. They looked fine at the store but when we got home to put them in a vase all the petals instantly fell off, the stems were rotted and gooey, some rose buds just fell off completely without even handling them. Had to throw it all away. Be careful when purchasing their flowers they are not fresh, maybe even a week old?

Over priced - Whole Foods wannabe.
The store has decent selection but seem to employ dumb cashiers who robotically say “you’re welcome” at anything. When did cashiers stopped saying ‘thank you’ to customers? I actually noticed they overcharged on an item. The manager quickly corrected and reimbursed the difference which was ok. But the icing was when the same cashier gave me the receipt and still said “you’re welcome”!instead of an apology for the error and inconvenience. Never again

This is the most overpriced grocery store, and the quality is consistently suspect. Spent $11 on a parfait - it’s all crusty and dried out. Inedible. Went to buy bell peppers - all were wrinkly and old.

If the store isn’t turning over enough inventory, I understand - but then stock less!! Charging premium prices for this is insane imo

I came here for the first time on Sunday, 10/27, for some muffins. I bought a beef steak cube as well, as pictured and went home and made it the same day. Tasted like cleaning products!! I called Sunday and Monday, left a voice mail. Emailed on Tuesday using their website contact info. No one reached out to me at all. I have a slight cold and decided to come 30 mins (each way) to talk to someone and just get an exchange on Thursday, 10/31. They gave it to me. However, the manager spent time grilling me on the castile soap I bought that could have spilled onto the meat, she said 🙄😒. It tasted like nasty cleaning products, not natural castile lavender soap, lady! Plus, I asked for a bag for the meat, and there was no spill and I used my own personal shopping bag that had zero spill.
Instead of saying sorry and apologizing, the manager wants to accuse me of nonsense. I would not buy anything that is packaged by them by their butcher. Waste of money and time. I had no idea spending $5 would cause me so much distress and time wasted. 🍅🍅🍅🍅

The people handling the food behind the counters do not wash their hands. I’ve witnessed it way too many times now. Yesterday was the last straw after I watched a man using cleaning products to clean the counters and then immediately put on gloves to package food for customers. That is completely unsanitary. Gloves are not a substitution for hand washing, and he still had to touch the gloves with his poison hands in order to put them on…I then asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on duty, but I can speak to someone behind the customer service desk. When I told the woman at customer service what happened she looked at me with a blank stare and then said “okay thanks. I’ll let him know.” She didn’t ask who or which food counter I was referring to. She didn’t ask for any other information or even try to assure me that what I witnessed went against their store’s standards. That’s extremely concerning to me.
