Wowza! Not the best experience. Women making subs nice, rest of staff what are they doing? Sleeping at a table,
On break cell phone table next to sleeping employee, other employees, laughing at the sleeping employee yet nobody is helping the girl making the sandwiches.

Finally we got a Firehouse in Live Oak. In Jacksonville we went every Sunday so this is a perfect location for us. The service has been amazing. Friendly staff and food comes out quickly. Obviously I don’t need to talk about the food because they always make amazing food every time. It’s very nice to order on the app and our food is always ready on time no matter what time we put in for pickup. A little CON….this last time we used the app it was extremely laggy. I would hit a button for my selections and it took about 30 seconds for it to accept it. Closed the app and it worked perfectly. This occurs occasionally. Other than that, I rate Firehouse and this location 5 stars ⭐️ ✨. Keep up the great work!

This is a brand new location, taking into consideration the entire crew is new and being trained, everything is great. These crew members are working countless hours/ days to ensure success within the community and with their customers. They are eager to right any wrongs and willing to go the extra mile. Any issues should be discussed with an in store manager, if you're already inside the location. Rather than leaving false reviews based on assumptions.

This is a brand new firehouse subs shop and I love a hook and ladder sub , when it's done right they definitely done an awesome job here it was excellent. Good and hot when we received our subs. They kinda rearrange the settings a bit like where you order is off to the side and not in a straight line looks good and works just fine. They also added a drive thru at this location, I found that to be very convenient. We look forward to eating here again in the future. 5 stars all the way.

I'm rating based solely on the sandwich because I ordered off of doordash. The food was disgusting. They put way too much mayonnaise and sauces on everything. The bread was soggy. It was just gross it was terrible. The meat just tasted like straight up fat. Never eating there again.

Its bad when you ha e to walk up to the person at the register, who is just staring into space, and ask if he is taking orders. No greeting whatsover. Seemed he didt want to be there. Did not ask if I wanted drinks, or chips with the meal. Simply told me how much I owed. No, THANK YOU, or HAVE A NICE DAY. Picked up my order, once again, no THANK YOU there either. Hospitality lessons are definateley needed. However the food is great as usual.

i've never been to a fire house subs of any kind until the other day me and dad were on lunch break from work only an hour. we walked in it took us a moment to figure out the system then we walked up to the counter. so thankful to Shane he walked us through it and helped us out that place was super clean really nice and we were there and back to work on time so its doable when at work and when not at work, the food was super good i like a good soft bread. they aren't mushy sandwiches they are just full of good stuff. but their staff needs to be bragged about they were great! it was an overall great experiance. thankyou!
