I first did some brick and mortar shopping and found THE most comfortable recliner, but it was way too expensive. I found the same chair at Emma Mason for $500 less! Greg was terrific to work with. He answered all of my questions regarding delivery, warranty, etc. I will check with him again before I ever buy more furniture! I’m told it will take 3 weeks to arrive, when it does, I’ll post more about the delivery process and the quality of the furniture.

I placed my order on 11/1 for a dresser. I was a bit turned off by the $250 delivery charge but I really wanted the piece so I went ahead with it. 20 days later they emailed me letting me know that it is going to be an additional hundred dollars to deliver to my home address, which was provided at the time I placed the order. I really wanted the piece so I paid it. I wasn’t sure the whole time if this place was a scam or not. The way they charged me that extra hundred after I already placed the order. It was very sketchy. They did provide good communication and my piece finally arrived on February 27 after 2 delivery delays.
I guess I would order from them again. I rated a 3/5 because it just felt sketchy and a bit unprofessional half of the time.

I ordered this bedroom set. The first picture is what it was supposed to look like the rest of the pictures is what I received. The Trendle is taped together with masking tape. It is paper thin. cannot hold a twin mattress. The legs are cracked the wood is dented and painted over, there’s bubbles in the paint. The paint is chipped and on top of it. The bedroom set was supposed to be white pearl white and it came in butter yellow they want to charge me $1400 for it to be returned when I tried telling the delivery team I did not want it , they would not take it back. I was trying to get Emma mason on the phone and they would not answer in time and the delivery team left. I did not receive any paperwork when they delivered the set or sign anything and they wouldn’t take it back they’re trying to charge me for a return And a restocking fee and I paid $150 for delivery white glove delivery. When I order this set I spoke with Emma mason and ask if it was white I explained I did not want beige, yellow or cream. I wanted a white bedroom set and I was assured it was if I could give this company zero stars, I would run far away they are not worth the hassle. And now I will probably have to move forward with litigation.
