We've have been Del Mar Fan fans for several years. Service is always excellent ... and that was once during a hurricane and then through a Pandemic! Their products are well chosen and reliable. We just trust them a lot.

Del Mar Fans has fantastic customer service. We ordered a fan online (which had a great price when compared to competitors) and we were unable to have it installed for three months because our contractor took much longer than anticipated to complete the project. Well, once the fan was installed it was discovered that it didn’t work. I called customer service (had to leave a message) and they promptly returned my phone call the next day and sent us a replacement fan immediately. Everyone that I spoke with with courteous and informative. I would gladly shop through them again.

Ordered an oscillating ceding fan for our new home online last summer. After installation, had a low but persistent squeak I could not resolve. Del Mar customer service was outstanding in both email and by phone support, immediately ordered us a replacement fan, which was on backorder. They continued to monitor the status until shipment and installation were completed, and all is now well! We could not be happier with the quality of both the product, and the excellent service and personal support Del Mar provided.

Do not buy from this company via Amazon as they will not honor free returns or price matching. I purchased a pendant light via Amazon and had to pay a ridiculous $90 to ship it back to them. Just use reliable partners that don’t hassle you on returns.

I work for a contracting company and we like to work with Del Mar Fans. The customer service is very good, they are very responsive with quotes, are patient with us when it takes a while for us to order, and have good pricing. Recently due to COVID-19 one of the lights we ordered was delayed, and they let me know right away and offered to take it off my invoice. I highly recommend them.

Customer service at Del Mar Fans for me was very good. Unfortunately, I had to return two fans for identical manufacturing problems, but Del Mar stood behind the product and provided me with a very good replacement fan from another manufacturer. I think Del Mar is a great company, looking to keep customers happy.

Del Mar fans 7& Lighting has about the best customer service I have ever encountered. My last order arrived very quickly, but with a slight flaw in the glass. It was replaced within days! They also followed up by email to see if the replacement was okay. I cannot recommend them enough.
