My experience with Del Mar Cabinets has been nothing short of a total disaster. From start to finish, every aspect of their service was a painful ordeal.
First off, their sales team is incredibly misleading. They assured me that my custom order would be handled with the utmost care
When the cabinets finally arrived, the nightmare continued. The packaging was damaged. The color stain was not right. The job was poorly done, There were dents, scratches, and chips all over. But the horror didn't stop there. They damaged my ceiling while installing a tall dresser, and refused to fix it.
It was so bad that I had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes, which cost me even more money and time.
To top it all off, when I tried to get some resolution from their customer service, I was met with rudeness and indifference. They refused to take responsibility for their shoddy products and service, and getting a refund was an uphill battle.
In short, Del Mar Cabinets has been a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Their products are inferior, their service is atrocious, and their attitude towards customers is appalling. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. You’ll thank yourself later.

If you're looking to experience the epitome of disappointment and frustration, look no further than Del Mar Cabinets. My recent encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin?
Firstly, their customer service is a masterclass in incompetence. Trying to get a straight answer from anyone there is like pulling teeth. They make false promises and they are not true to their word. They promise the world when you're shopping, but the moment they have your money, good luck getting them to return a phone call, let alone address any issues.
And speaking of issues, the quality of their cabinets is an absolute joke. I ordered a set for my kitchen, expecting a reasonable level of craftsmanship for the price. What I got instead were flimsy, poorly constructed excuses for cabinets. Everything we asked for, they did not do. They built what they wanted and how they wanted it. The color was not even close to what we ordered. They refuse to make anything right, even when it was there fault for not getting the right stain on the cabinets.
The installation was another circus act. The so-called professionals they sent over clearly had no clue what they were doing. The end result looked like a half-hearted attempt at a DIY project gone wrong. They built cabinets to high for the range hood to fit properly. We asked for cabinets to be a certain length and they cut them short. I could go forever on the poor job we received.
Oh, and let's not forget about their pricing. Del Mar Cabinets has the audacity to charge us to fix there mistakes. It's highway robbery disguised as home improvement.
Save yourself the headache and heartache—go anywhere else for your cabinetry needs. Del Mar Cabinets is a disgrace to the industry, and I wouldn't wish the experience I had on my worst enemy.

We purchased custom plantation blinds for our home through Del Mar. Hunter Jack was absolutely amazing to work with, however, the install was not completed correctly. I have spoken to the owner and called several times with no success. I am left with blinds that are not acceptable and the promise to fix them. We purposefully used a home town business and could not be more disappointed in their customer service. $6,000 is a lot of money for 6 windows. Still waiting for resolution.

Almost 8000 bucks for an awful installation and tile job. I've contacted the company that makes the wood stove and they are worthless.
