La comida es deliciosa! La langosta estuvo de lo mejor!
La atención es muy muy buena, puede decir que es el lugar donde mejor me han atendido en todo el Condado de Sarasota. La chica estuvo muy al pendiente cada vez que se acababa mi trago y si necesitaba algo más. Incluso cuando me iba me regalaron un pastel 🍰 por mi embarazo 🤰🏻 Volvería a ir sin dudas, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y relajante.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Had reservations and was seated immediately after a friendly greeting by the host staff. The establishment was clean, inviting, and casually elegant. The wait staff and service was perfect.

All of the food was delicious, cooked great, and seasoned beautifully. The portions were plentiful and a great value.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. Can’t wait to return to try more menu items including desert!

Wow, what an incredible way to wrap up the year! I can’t wait to return to Deep Lagoon after savoring such a fabulous meal and cocktail with my family. Mike welcomed us with the warmest and friendliest introduction as we settled into the outdoor bar, soaking in the serene view of the lake. Happy hour drinks and appetizers kick off at 2 PM, and let me tell you, the bourbon brussels sprouts were absolutely divine! I’m already buzzing with excitement to come back and try the oysters! Amazing food, outstanding service, and a fantastic ambiance—what more could you ask for? 🎉🥳🍽️✨

Another fantastic addition to Waterside! We had an excellent dinner with beautiful waterfront views. Deep Lagoon is currently offering a 2 course dinner for $30 along with a happy hour menu from 2-5 PM. After being seated we were brought the most delicious, fresh warm rolls served with an amazing cinnamon vanilla honey butter. SO good! We started with the clam chowder and crab and cheese dip. The clam chowder was one of the best I’ve ever had. The dip was good but needed to be much hotter. We both chose the Neapolitan swordfish which was fresh and delicious. White wine, garlic and artichokes on top served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. They have plenty of other sides If you prefer something else. The portions were very large and we felt it was a great value. Definitely coming back!!

Absolutely delicious hot food and all four meals came out together. I had the salmon and it was a good size salmon portion. My husband and another friend had the snapper and they said it was delicious. My husband couldn’t even finish his plate. The other friend had the clam strips and enjoyed it too.

The service was outstanding!

Only two things (but won’t deter me from coming back) they have a few tables in the large entrance way. I personally wouldn’t want to sit there.

High wood ceilings make it a little bit noisy to carry on conversation.

The wine to me was expensive compared to a similar restaurant like Cooper’s Hawk. A 9 ounce glass of red wine was $23 dollars. Cooper’s Hawk offers many different types of red and white wines $10-$12. They had one wine for Happy Hour and it was listed for $23. Just seemed too expensive compared to the many other restaurants in the area who serve wine.

Definitely recommend would recommend Deep Lagoon.

Went for lunch and we had great food and service. The outside patio looks very welcoming for when it’s not so hot. The coleslaw is creamy style and some of the best I have had. Shrimp tacos were good. I would recommend the crab Rangoon - the server said it’s made fresh everyday and the fried shells were really good. Great spot for any seafood lovers at Waterside!

Very Good breakfast menu selections and the lunch is just good. They have a kids menu and a child’s meal is free for every regular adult $15 meal. The restaurant has a beautiful waterfront view but the best for us is the service provided by waitress Desiree.

5 stars isn't enough for this gem! The food was exceptional, but the service was truly outstanding. James, our server, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. Congratulations, James, on a job exceptionally well done! We can't wait to come back and enjoy another wonderful meal. Highly recommended!
