El lugar tiene mucho encanto, desde luego y nos trataron fenomenal. El club sándwich nos sorprendió por su sabor, pero nada más llamo nuestra atención. Tiene más nombre del que merecen sus platos. No pidáis las ostras de Main, son ostras miniatura…

I don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews. I was a bit reluctant before I went for the first time because the reviews were at 4.0. I had walked by the place and it looked nice from the outside, so I decided to try it even with a 4.0 review rating and I am really glad that I did, because it was great.

We sat at the bar so we could sit side-by-side. We had the Trout and Fries. Both were done perfectly. Our server was one of the bartenders and was super. My wife doesn't eat onions or tomatoes and that can be hard sometimes to find a dish. The server took care to ensure my wife's order didn't have those ingredients and seemed genuinely interested in helping us have a great experience.

I also think that potentially some of the bad ratings here are for a different restaurant than this one because the food shown in the photos doesn't look like what they serve here.

I highly recommend this place. It was great all around.

I’ve been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The Bucatini Pomodoro, Caesar salad, fries, and burger are all consistently excellent. The service is top-notch, the wine selection is one of the best if not my favorite in Manhattan. I never been disappointed in a bottle or a glass here. Bravo! As for the ambiance—whether in the bar or the dining room—is simply impeccable. Every detail is perfectly executed."

This place has been on my list for a while. Glad I finally went for an early birthday dinner! They had a cute birthday card at the table when we arrived. We got fries and broccolini to start, both very good. Also got shrimp cocktail (5/5 stars) and one of the specials. Service was great. The only thing that left me disappointed was the pickle martini. I had very high hopes but it was lacking pickle flavor! (Penrose on the UES has the best pickle martini I’ve ever had, was hoping for a good one here, room for improvement for sure.)
