They give fake checks. Do not use them!! They had a security deposit for me for an apt they led me to believe I would get and when I asked for it back they gave me a check that bounced. I still haven't gotten my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

EVERYTHING YOU READ IS TRUE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK! SCAMMERS!! 2.5 months have gone by and they are still making excuses on why my money isn't refunded. they owe us 1,200 dollars. BBB has a complaint on them and they owe those people 1,800. So please don't give your money to them. they think money grows on trees.

The people behind this company (Anays Mercedes Caceres, Ylsi Gonzalez-Buduan and their colleague Stephanie) are the most dishonest people I've ever met. They had places listed on HotPads, Zillow, StreetEasy, etc. When I found an apartment that I liked, Anays claimed that I needed to put down a refundable deposit plus an application fee to hold the apartment and that I would have to pay an additional 2.5 months rent when I signed. Not true. When things went south, I contacted the building management who let me know that not only did they never even accept my application but also that I would only need to put down the first month and a deposit at signing. These are only a few of the many lies, they've told me. In addition to that, they will do whatever they can to hold on to your money. Anays has lied about being out of town, her phone not working, etc. to postpone returning my money. She also has at least three different emaila accounts and multiple phone numbers. She will cycle through these then more you pressure her. Please avoid them unless you are prepared to escalate this to the police, the state, or the court.

Called to inquire about a apartment, the woman on the phone very rude and unprofessional no wonder why they have 1.5 rating! And she's still texting me telling I need to do research...lol what a joke!
