I wish I could give this place zero stars. We ordered food for 10 people to celebrate Christmas, drove 25 miles to pick it up, and paid $250, only to be completely disappointed. The portions were laughably small, and some items were missing entirely. The quantity was barely enough for 3 people, let alone the 10 we had invited. It was an absolute embarrassment in front of our guests, and we were left scrambling to figure out how to feed everyone.
This was an awful experience that ruined what should have been a joyous occasion. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from here. Save yourself the hassle and potential embarrassment—avoid this place at all costs!
If ever by mistake and you order for an occasion like this, please consider inviting Lord Jesus as well so that He may feed the lot with the 5 breads they give.?

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family decided to get food from this restaurant for a christmas dinner with a large gathering, expecting them to deliver what we ordered. Instead, they served us the wrong items—and the quantity was barely enough to serve a couple. It was embarrassing trying to stretch the tiny portions to feed a group.

The food we got looked like it was slapped together at the last minute.

This was supposed to be a festive celebration, but thanks to their incompetence, it turned into a stressful nightmare. Save your money and your sanity—do not trust this place for catering!

Their chritmas package is a joke. If you care about your guests (and your sanity), do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! They completely ruined our holiday party, and I wouldn’t trust them with a single meal, let alone an event.

Very poor service. We went there knowing that its a Kerala store. But its the worst Kerala store i have visited. They will come up with many thing to loot you during Onam and Vishu. I am posting as a warning to all Malayalies who go there hoping to get a piece of Kerala.

I bought store made snacks this week. A staff who works in raw meat meat department came over to help me in snacks counter. He did not remove the raw meat gloves before handling the snacks to put it them in bag. When my wife later had Egg puffs, she complained about the raw fish smell in it. I have recollected the entire incident happened in the shop and we have thrown all the snacks in trash. She is little bit feeling sick this morning. We have complained to Chester county food safety office.

The fried vada was horrible, almost damaged my tooth. They put a lot of pressure additionally to purchase their cooked food, keep on requesting continuously until you get so frustrated. Prices are a rip off.

Freshest Seafood in Exton. They will cut and clean fish upon request. Also has a good South Indian, Kerala style Takeout/catering menu.

Looks like most of the owner friends are writing reviews...good to get encouragement and publicity from friends, as this place is not even close to 3 stars...
Yes, quality of fish is good but most of the folks in the butcher section don't know how to cut it. When asked, you get a nice reply 'If you want it take or someone else will take it'...and yes a lot of folks are waiting to take it, as this the only place to get fish...I wouldn't recommend any other meat, even beef is not so great...
I would recommend fish and nothing else...

used to love this place but seeing flies trapped in the food containers and getting stale recycled food (u can clearly tell from the past menu) on multiple occasions I've given up. what a let down! used to rave about this place. no more!
