Stayed here for little over a week in 203. Honestly everything was great. My only suggestion would be to increase security and maybe have a pass to get into the parking lot. Pretty much anyone off the street can walk in and go to the pool/building etc.

Even with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the unit felt small. The devil is in the details, and while the owners spent a lot of cash on furnishings and decor, there were issues with malfunctioning Jacuzzi tubs, malfunctioning lighting fixtures, and a general sense of tackiness and poor taste. Showers were small and had poor accessibility for disabled users. Heck of a good view, though.

This is the premier place to stay! The 3 br condo is set up with the 3rd br as an apt. all to it self complete with balcony on the bay, kitchenette and whirlpool tub. Bel Mer is rockstar accommodations!

Not very good. We stayed in room 403. First of all, there weren't any smoke detectors in the majority of the rooms in the condo. This poses as a safety risk to the residents and renters. Secondly, the linens and pillows were extremely outdated and in bad shape. They were torn, dirty, etc. Finally, on the last full day, someone who claimed to be the owner's daughter barged into our condo without knocking. This was rude and uncalled for. She said, and I quote, "I'm the owner's daughter, the one you see in all the pictures. You're supposed to leave today. We got a whole family coming in." While waving her finger at us. This was inconvenient since we were twelve hours away from home and we couldn't just leave. While the condo and beach were nice, we wouldn't be likely to rent from this owner again. Had it not been for the treatment, I would have given a higher rating.

This place is amazing. Everything about it has a beach vibe. Inside and out. The only downside is the pool is abnormally cold. You can swim in it, but it will freeze you when you first step in. The hot tub is really relaxing and the temp is great, but the are really low. Overall a very fine place to stay.

The condo is very luxurious looking but everything (at least in the condo we rented) was just ALMOST nice. Many light bulbs were missing, for example. There was no comfortable place for a handicapped person to sit (the couches are nice but way to low to get up off of), the jetted tub didn't have working jets, but a sign to enjoy a nice soak. The automatic door to the pool didn't work and there was a sign to pull it open.

I guess when things break there, they don't fix it, but instead put up a sign.

While we were there, the glass dome to a closet light fell off and broke the light bulb on the way down. It looked like it had fallen in the past and someone glued it back up with rubber cement or something. But that could conceivably have been a prior tenant.

Good points were lovely decorations, killer beautiful views, huge balcony, modern kitchen (but bring your own knives or a knife sharpener! ), four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in-unit laundry machines, nice fast elevators, short walk to the beach with a nice boardwalk.

Navarre is a nice place with a lot of restaurants to visit whilst there.
