Tengo muy buena experiencia con este salón son los mejores sobre todo Tracy,tengo un problema con los dedos gordos se me encarnan las uñas y ella me los arregla y me deja sin dolor,gracias a todos por esa labor q hacen día a día.

I walked in last minute and Trish and the management was absolutely welcoming and amazing from the start! I had an at home nail catastrophe and ruined my nail beds & I brought in a few pictures and told her I was getting my nails done for an occasion. She helped guide me to the best option , and gave me a better look than what I originally came in with! Super friendly and efficient. It took her under an hour to create a GORGEOUS cat eye full acrylic set and so affordable! I live an hour away and will be driving back to maintain my nails with Trish ! Thank you La Mer ?

Between Trish and Danny I am always well taken care of here. They are extremely clean and the most affordable I found anywhere it's also where I go to take my daughter and my son because men and women are constantly in there feeling better about themselves as a mother on a budget this place has been a miracle for me. It is definitely a must go.

My hairstylist recommended this salon, I waited 3 days for an appointment with Annie. Annie was the owner whom was rude spoke about me in chinese not realizing i speak mandarin and also tried to pass me off to someone else i didn’t make an appointment with annie to have a random person do it .My nails were sloppy and not cleaned up my cuticles look horrible extremely sloppy job

First off I want to say that I have been going to this place for almost 8 years of my life. I recently started with a new nail tech at Avalon Nails who do an amazing job but for some reason she’s always booked so I started going back to La Mer….The manager in the front seat by the nail polish is the worst and has theeeeee worst customer service ever. I’m trying to figure out how someone hasn’t punched this lady in the face yet. She’s extremely disrespectful. I speak in such a calm manner and she had the nerves to cut my nails to short then every design I picked she told me I can’t get it. I begged her to just polish my nail in full gel and she continued to argue with me telling me I should have asked for it in the beginning. Now my secret is, I’m also a nail tech so I understand that she still could have placed acrylic on my nails and polished them with gel. Instead she literally went back and forward with me very combative in front of customers. I paid for my toes and left like with tips still on. She included the removal of my nails which I was fine with, but I was totally embarrassed and would never step foot in there again nor would I refer anyone to La’Mer. She is also rude to her staff. Sad. Sad.Sad
