After nearly 14 years of dealing with less than decent haircuts from mediocre stylists (and home haircuts during covid-19), Brianna was the best hairstylist who helped me get a beautiful haircut without chopping my hair into a short bob. I was able to learn about product build-up in low-porosity hair and the need to shampoo twice, leave-in conditioner to avoid frizz, and heat protectant to avoid heat damage. I also got a great blowout like a celebrity.

Awesome salon. Caitlyn hair colorist at the salon does an absolutely amazing job. If you need or want your hair colored go to her I promise you won't be disappointed. Claire does an awesome job cutting hair too

Have been a customer of de la Mer for years and they have transformed my hair. Bri is the most amazing stylist and I don’t let anyone else cut my hair but her. She comes with new ideas and executes flawlessly - my daughters now see her as well. Lindsey has worked with me to find my perfect color and just like Bri- no one else touches my hair but her. I brought my teenage daughter in for a hair cut and she left in tears. She asked for a trim and with long layers and left with a bob and layers almost as short as bangs. I called to let them know and was never called back. They then called me a few weeks later and left a vm to remind me that appointments were filling fast and I should book mine. The salon is so focused on up selling and booking vs customer satisfaction. I also think it is a complete rip off and the check in/out process is torture.

My favorite place to visit and leave feeling & looking amazing!! Caitlyn alwayssss nails my color & gets exactly what i explain to her that i want!! Brianna does mine & my 5 year olds cut & she is so wonderful & friendly- my daughter loves going!! Deff recommend them both! The salon is so pretty & everyone there is so friendly & warm!

I came to get a balayage done and a haircut left in tears not only were the stylist unfriendly but when I asked them to fix it they said Dominque can fix it but she had left and will be back in a few hours what kind of BS excuse is that?
I ended up leaving and getting my hair corrected elsewhere. Please avoid them there are several hair salons that will treat you better and have better customer service.
