They truly live up to the name of their business! Bahli and his team provide an all around amazing experience. Very friendly and accommodating. Always the highest quality, freshest and most delectable tasting seafood. Instead of going to a fancy restaurant whenever I want high quality, I come here for sashimi-grade seafood at fair prices for the superior quality provided. Can’t beat the service, convenience and variety. Anything you can think of from rare blue fin tuna to Ora king salmon, fresh from Japan scallops, New England oysters - Bahli can provide it. Order in advance or just show up during store hours and pick from his ever-changing selection. I’ve tried so many new fishes and delicacies here and keep coming back because nowhere else in this area compares. I eat a lot of seafood and grocery store bought seafood just doesn’t hold up anymore. I come here when I want a special seafood treat and for regular meals when I’m on more of a budget. Prices vary and they cut to order based on your needs. Bahli really goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. He can prep, skin, vacuum seal and special order. If you ask and he can get it - he will. They courtesy email and call when your order is ready or something rare comes in that they recommend you try. I really love going here for all my seafood needs or just to say hello - no doubt you will too! They never disappoint! Give it a try - you won’t regret it…

Today I had the pleasure of buying fish from Bahli at Best Seafood Direct Market. I needed fresh red snapper in a pinch and he had exactly what I needed. I bought a 14lb snapper and Bahli was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that during the filleting process, nothing was wasted. I love how he took the time to explain everything, make suggestions for cooking while assuring me that my purchase was high quality. You can NOT go wrong by shopping here. I’ll be back!

We bought allegedly dry sea scallops for $40 per pound last Saturday. I don’t believe they were scallops at all n I’d bet my life they weren’t “dry”. When I put them in a hot skillet, water POURED out. After a minute with amount increasing, I used a baster to pull out over a cup of water. They were spongy and stringy. I live in southern New England and I know my scallops and how to cook them. I can’t trust them any more. I should have known because scallops should smell sweet and bag had fishy smell.

Fantastic fresh seafood. We special ordered fresh mussels to make an Ina Garten recipe and it was incredible. Perfectly fresh and delicious! We can hardly wait to try fresh live lobster and chef Wisneski’s chowder, salmon pate and other fresh from the sea treats! Wonderful to have this locally! Highly recommended

Best Seafood Direct is my new Go-To fish seller. I ordered a 10 pound bag of mussels and these were the best mussels I’ve had in a long time. Out of the big bag only 4 mussels were open. That’s so incredible. We already know that we will be ordering more mussels in the near future. Mr. Bahli Mullins does knows his product and is very customer service oriented. And I love the fact that he is sharing his knowledge to a younger generation.
