I wish all businesses were this easy and simple. I'm new to TX and have a bit of land and discovered my traditional push mower just wasn't going to be able to do the job that I needed. Or I would spend a day just using a push mower... so I decided it was time to get a seated mower. I've read a lot about zero turn mowers and felt I was ready to make the purchase. Through my search online, I came across Reid's Triple T and was hoping to find out as much information online before making the trip out. It turned out to be even easier than that.

I contacted them by email and they confirmed they had the exact zero turn mower I was interested in as well as the add-ons I wanted. Without even having to talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a quote. Now, I don't have any means of hauling something like this and thought it would be easier for them to install the extras I was ordering. Fortunately, they knew someone who would transport the mower and for a reasonable fee, they attached the extra equipment I ordered.

I was ready to make the purchase; I sent them the documents they required and I was able to sign them and email right back to them. Fortunately, I can sign electronically on my computer, but for those who can't, it might be nice if they used Docusign (but they might actually offer that). I spoke to someone over the phone to do my payment and in just a few hours... I had purchased my new mower and arranged for delivery. They gave me an approximate date for delivery and today it arrived... as promised.

I am very happy with the service at Reid's Triple T. In fact, another person from this store emailed me to ensure I had been contacted after my initial email inquiry. They responded to all of my emails immediately and instead of what I thought would take days and ultimately result in me driving to the store (it's far away from me), I never left my house other than to greet the person who delivered the mower.

Great prices, incredible customer service... I wouldn't hesitate to use them and if you know of another store that has the same product... you want to come here simply for the customer service. They way they treat their customers is how you would expect if you were family! I really can't say enough great things about my experience with this store and I know I will return. Thank you to Steven Jennings who helped me through this entire process.

We purchased a Bad Boy Maverick HD. Spoke with employees multiple times through call and Facebook prior to going in and getting the mower. Staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived the mower was ready for us to take around for a test drive, and then proceed to the buying process. Process was quick and easy, and they followed up with us the next day to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and to remind us of future services necessary. Highly recommend Reid’s Triple T!

Amazing customer service, great deal, and fast process. I checked their stock online and found the trailer I thought I needed. I called in and spoke with Steven. Steven was awesome and super helpful. I told him it was for a large side by side, and he asked me for the measurements and took the time to find me the right trailer. The one i picked was wrong, and I learned we needed a beaver tail. Steven found us the right one I needed and had it ready for me with an E-track system installed right away. I was in and out of there with a new trailer in 15 minutes.

If you want to buy a tractor and get the best service, go to Reid’s. Had an issue with my tractor, 2700 dollar estimate, they researched and found out that I was still under warranty, needless to say they saved me 1900 dollars, best service I’ve ever had. GO TO Reid’S

Travis knows his stuff, the guys in the shop are pro. I purchased a nice enclosed trailer, and the process is easy to understand, transparent and fairly priced. I'll be buying/selling trailers here for the foreseeable future.
