Great family ran Farm Stand with locally grown produce for a good price.
They have a white board stating what has just been picked. But some of the produce is shipped in by a produce supplier so look for stickers. If the sticker # begins with a 3 or 4 that produce is GMO and used pesticides. If the sticker # begins with a 9,it's "organic". But most of their produce is locally grown and sourced.
They are very genuine and nice and you can tell they take pride in the work when you ask them about their farm or if you see something you never seen before. They are more than happy to explain.
Support your local farmers, it's a tough and dying industry that is getting harder because of Big Agricultural like Monsanto.
And Microsoft founder Bill Gates the "Farmer"owns more farm land then anyone else in America. And he just has the best ideas for humanity,like vaccines in your lettuce. And keeps the best company, like that guy that had that Island, that did that thing....

This farmers market is top-notch! The staff, produce, flowers, and location are all great. It’s awesome to meet the local farmers who work so hard to give us such delicious food.

The giant mums are $35 and I believe the hanging baskets are $25. Watermelon was $8.50. Got corn, garlic, Italian sweet peppers, beets,watermelon , basil plant and then we were talked into buying some honey. On 171st just West of 80th on the North side of the street. Cant miss it.

I love his produce, best watermelon so far I have tasted, Melrose peppers, tomatoes, and plums all so fresh. I go there once a week. The blueberries are nice and plump, plus the people who own it are just great.
