We chose to upgrade our equipment this season and convert to a salt system using Mer-Man to complete the work. Our service tech, John, has gone above and beyond to make the transition seamless. Mer-man Pool Services was amazing from the moment I called in to inquire about getting my pool cleaned, possible repair done, and then finding out they even winterized it was icing on the cake. I have been using Mermans services since they first started the business. It was owned and operated by a single person, Bill Y. He was Great and still is! Bill answers all of my questions (and believe me I have a Ton!) and he also takes his time to explain to me what I REALLY need to enjoy my pool. He does not try to upsell me and tell me everything is broken or the previous person did this wrong, etc which unfortunately is VERY common when dealing with pools. Like myself, many people do not have much experience with them and when something does go wrong you need to know EXACTLY what to do so that you can start using it again. Especially living in the North-East...you only have so much time to use it. So with Merman and Bill Y. he gets it and makes it so my family and I can use the pool for the limited amount of great weather that we have.
They are my one stop shop and I go nowhere else and no one else is allowed to touch my pool! THANK YOU MERMAN!!!!
