Helpful staff, lovely selection! Both ingredient sections and pre made meals. Perfect for anyone really! If you're struggling with reading what any products are or looking for something in particular, staff will guide you in the right direction! Bought this lovely spicy beef self heating hot pot, and considering London prices, they are selling it cheaper than Amazon and my more local market! So highly recommend! I was also struggling looking for a particular brand of Latiao and was pointed in the right direction.

It would be great if they had more fresh / ready made items here. Otherwise they have a great range and the location is very convenient as it’s the only supermarket of its kind nearby.

The cashier lady is very rude, she threw the item i bought to me with force. Everyone in the store was shocked and even her colleague next to her told her off after, but she seemed like she doesn't care. The date was 10th Oct around 8pm.

I had a very unpleasant experience today. I bought some goods with one cup noddle as lunch, so I asked for a chopsticks. The female cashier who checked me out at 13:02:40 pretended to look for chopsticks, even though they were available, and then told me there were none. So I said I would need to return the noodles if there were no chopsticks. She rudely asked why I wanted to return the item. After I explained that I couldn't eat the noodles without chopsticks, she reluctantly agreed to process the return.

To avoid further hassle, I decided to find another product of the same price to replace the noodles. Then, something very frustrating happened. After searching and finally finding a product of the same price, another male cashier was at the counter, so I explained to him that I needed to replace the item because there were no chopsticks. He was surprised and told me that they did have chopsticks, then helped me get them. The chopsticks were in the same location the female cashier had pretended to search earlier.

When the female cashier saw this, she immediately came over and, without any apology, tried to check out my replacement item, unaware that the male cashier had already given me chopsticks. This showed how poor her attitude was.

Manager of Tian Tian Supermarket, I believe this employee is not considering your store's interests or those of your customers. She deliberately denied a customer free chopsticks, which could have led to a return and a loss of sales. Given her attitude, this is likely not the first time she has done this. Until I left the store, she never apologized and maintained a negative demeanor.

I did not argue at the time, but if I encounter such behavior again, I will certainly address it. I hope your store manager can improve staff training and consider replacing employees who do not meet the standards of customer service.

No words to explain how happy I was when I saw this tian tian open!! Store is so spacious and they have such a good variety of drinks,snacks and food!!
