If I could give this Sysco 10 stars I would. I didn't get the experience of overnight parking, but I did show up a couple hours early for my appointment, got put into a door right away and was unloaded in under an hour. The staff was friendly and courteous, and everything was clear on what I needed to do. I spend 99.9% of my time delivering to Sysco facilities on the West Coast and none of them are as smoothly run as this one. Sysco, get your facilities managers here and let them learn how a company SHOULD treat it's delivery drivers and you'll get a better reputation. Thank you Sysco Grand Rapids for giving me hope that this company does have people who care!

I have an appointment at 8am on Tuesday and I got here 45 minutes before and was told your appointment is tomorrow at 7 am , I waited 24 hrs and when I tried to check in again they told me your load isn’t scheduled and that PO number is not in the system so I waited there more than 9 hours to figure out what’s going on , at the end I was told to wait until the next day at 9 am which more than 48 hours total waiting, now m here and it 7:45 am and was told to come back at 8am , how can any driver come back to such place ? They gave a really hard time , plus nasty docks and nasty office , the parking is cleaner than their building.

If you have the choice to get your produce from somewhere else I highly recommend!!! For about two months straight I have been receiving moldy produce. It is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Makes me wonder how dirty the actual facility is. Do you guys even check your food? Do you actually keep it cold? What is causing all your produce to be moldy continuously?

First time here and so far I feel so disrespected by a yard switcher . Who apparently isn’t a yard switcher he is a mechanic that every no and again moonlights as a switcher !! Woke me up in the middle of the night saying he needed me to move .. now I be been just under 20 years of driving and this is the first I’m not in the way of anyone I wake up clear my eyes and in front of him is enough space to land a spaceship coming from Mars. In fact I have to do more maneuvering to move than he would .. as he sat in his yard truck tik toking away ! Following a 13 hr drive to supply this chain a driver should be interrupted from sleeping well because someone decided to put the mechanic in the drivers seat .. I appreciate and respect any shipper that gives us overnight parking these days I don’t trash the place I follow the rules and I’m happy to do business in the future with them this was just ridiculous.. still more to come I have yet to get unloaded bcoz there is still 2-3 hrs before receiving starts .. after speaking with Luke “the third shift team leader “ he said if he feels like I’m he can’t do his job safely what do you want me to say and I pulled out the video showing the entire situation his tune changed and he says well he really isn’t a driver he’s mechanic who once a week does switching . SMDH clearly !!! Have him show a little more respect for the profession have him put up his phone and concentrate if your gonna have him do the profession .

I'm a otr driver had a 9 am appointment to unload it's now 12:15 pm and yet for them to even start unloading me fellow drivers beware you will lose money waiting here I promise I will never come back again mind you I'm the only truck in the dock forklift drivers need some training shouldn't take this long to unload 20 pallets
