We have used and continue to use Melissa & Mer Maid Cleaning for all of our turnover services, including family and friend stays. Melissa and her staff always treat our home with respect and ensure our home is in tip-top shape for all of our guests. We have used Melissa and her staff exclusively for the last 2.5 years and cannot thank Melissa and her team enough. They are so valuable in so many ways.

We are so happy to have found Melissa & Mer Maid Cleaning Services of Sarasota! They work tirelessly to help keep our home in perfect condition. Mer Maid also assists in turnover services when we rent our home on Airbnb. Not only do they ensure that the necessities are completed such as the beds are made and towels are folded neatly, but also help with additional responsibilities including setting up welcome baskets and ensuring starter supplies are restocked.

Anytime when we have had feedback, Mer Maid has taken each request with care and respect. Mer Maid is also very attentive and timely, which is a must to ensure we maintain our high expectations for our guests of our villa. We could not be happier!

Melissa was terrific. She arrived on time was efficient and did a great job cleaning my condo for my move out. With her service I was able to get the most out of my deposit. I’ll definitely use Mer Maid again.

Mer Maid Cleaning is absolutely amazing! They are always on time and come fully prepared. Our house looks so clean afterwards...it makes me smile every time! The price is reasonable and they work very hard to make things right. I never got the opportunity to see results for this service although I was highly anticipating seeing since many people raved and have given 5 star reviews.

I am giving 1 star due to unprofessionalism of time and commitment. I’m certain this is not a one person run cleaning business (since a “freelance cleaning crew” was being employed for my deep clean project) however, just an hour prior to my appointment there was a “emergency” of the owner and nothing done / no one else sent to rectify the situation ...

Also the night prior price kept fluctuating and when inquiring about them, I was told my project would be more due to the newer installation of flooring and wallpaper which I was trying to clarify — thereby making no sense for the increase nor was it explained. Plus an additional $245 for doing windows!? RIP OFF!

So I gave my business to Lainka cleaning service in the area, very very affordable, 5 star cleaning, no problems at all, included my windows in pricing, extremely accommodating and compensated for this company’s short comings.

I truly dislike giving bad reviews but I would rather save someone in a similar predicament as I
was in the time and energy!

Nikki is professional but fun! She takes her job seriously and wants your place to look it's absolute best. She enjoys paying attention to detail and the wishes of her clients. And makes it all fun in the process! :). I always think my home is clean til Nikki gets there, she brings it to a whole other level of clean!
