I'm not sure what’s been going on with the quality of their meats and products lately but they impose a serious health risk on their customers! When they first opened, everything was consistently delicious. However, I've had three bad experiences lately. The chicharrones used to be delicious and perfectly cooked, but nowadays they are always burnt on the outside and raw inside. The chorizo I bought over a month ago was so dry no matter how much oil I used to cook it. I have not gone back to shop at their store since. BUT this week, my MOM cooked some chorizo she purchased here, and after cooking, I washed the pan only to find a weird red plastic like consistency stuck to the pan, which couldn't have come from the plastic bag as it was removed before cooking the entire amount of meat, it’s also worth noting that the chorizo was not encapsulated in the edible casing it usually comes in, it was loose meat which would have made it easier to notice if plastic fell in the pan. You can see the amounts of this weird plastic in the meat, it’s so much that my mother who’s been cooking her whole life would have noticed so quickly if any plastic fell in. It's concerning that my parents ate the meat without noticing the plastic until I found it. I am pushing them to get checked out by the doctor, because this is unacceptable. My parents health were put in serious danger! It seems like others have also had issues with spoiled items as I’ve seen people come back in beside myself with the chicharrones I used to buy. This is unacceptable and they are posing serious health risks to their customers. I wish no bad on this business whatsoever but they REALLY need to start taking these matters serious and make some serious changes and inspections.

Meat market with so much more! Whatever you pick out they'll actually cook it for you right there!!!! You heard that right! Go to the seafood aisle and ask for any of their fish shrimp or octopus and they'll frie it up for you! Beers and vegetables also. This place is great.
